Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (HPSSC) at 9th July 2021 Declared result of written type objective test for the recruitment of 01 Post of Assistant Chemist (On contract basis) whose post code is : 870. which had only 1 unreserved post for (Gen ). The requistion to fill up this post was received from the Managing Director, General Industries Corporation Ltd. Shimla-1.

In response to this advertisement, 1989 applications were received out of which 1527 applications were provisionally admitted. The written type test for the post of Assistant Chemist was held on 31-01-2021 in which 379 candidates appeared and 1148 candidates remained absent. In case a candidate does not appear for evaluation process on the day fixed for evaluation. He/She will not be considered for further selection process and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
